Kampala City: Our senior guide will warmly welcome you upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport and transfer you to your Kampala accommodation. In the evening, go on a city tour around the lively attractions like Kampala City Center in all its bustling activity, colorful Nakasero Market, Uganda Martyrs Shrine, serene Bahá’í Temple, historic Kasubi Tombs, or iconic Gaddafi Mosque to get a glimpse into the culture and history of this country.
Murchison Falls National Park: Murchison Falls National Park, located in northwestern Uganda, is a magnificent animal kingdom stretched across Masindi, Nwoya, and Kiryandongo districts. The park, the biggest and oldest in Uganda, encompasses a wonderful variety of landscapes ranging from savannah to tropical rainforests and even includes the spectacular Murchison Falls, after which it got its name. It’s the perfect destination for those interested in nature and wild animals.
Kibale Forest National Park.
Kibale Forest National Park is a jewel in the crown of Uganda, boasting an immense variety of primates and considered a number one destination for those who enjoy birding. This park is located in the heart of the *Pearl of Africa* and is therefore a must-see destination while touring Uganda. It is home to some fascinating residents, such as chimpanzees and forest elephants, making it a haven unparalleled by any other for wildlife lovers.
Queen Elizabeth National Park: Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of Uganda’s true highlights, with remarkable features such as its rich biodiversity, the iconic Kazinga Channel, the breathtaking Kyambura Gorge, and notable conservation efforts for African elephants and chimpanzees. Rwanda
Volcanoes National Park: Located in northwestern Rwanda, Volcanoes National Park covers an area of about 160 square kilometers, or 62 square miles, and is an important haven for wildlife, including the mountain gorillas, which are an endangered species. With a third of the world’s mountain gorilla population, it is crucial in the global conservation efforts for the gorillas.
Apart from gorillas, there are other species in the park like golden monkeys, black-fronted duikers, buffalo, and many brightly colored bird species. Smack in the middle of the Virunga Mountains lies this dramatic volcanic park abounding in scenic landscapes with excellent hiking and exploration spots. Dian Fossey Legacy: Dian Fossey’s work in Volcanoes National Park helped bring the issue of mountain gorilla conservation to the attention of the world. Her research and the establishment of the Karisoke Research Center played a key role in protecting these endangered primates.

Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Uganda and Transfer to your Accommodation.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by our friendly driver guide who welcomes you to Uganda and transfers you to your accommodation. Depending on the time of your arrival, you may have an option to visit the beautiful Botanical Gardens in Entebbe or just have some relaxation time at your hotel from jet lag.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary.
Wake up early, enjoy breakfast, and then set off for Murchison Falls National Park. En-route, drive to Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track rhinos on foot. Later, continue the drive to Murchison Fall National Park, arriving late this evening. Check in and have dinner at the residence. Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Sundowner Boat Safari with Top of the Falls Hike.
Wake up early, have a full breakfast, and then go on a morning game drive across the park. Later, return to the lodge for a hot and delicious lunch. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise along the Nile for great views and the possibility of viewing wildlife. Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park.
Have breakfast in the morning and, after that, take some time to visit Top of the Falls for good breathtaking views. Later on, drive to Kibale Forest National Park, making a stop for lunch at Fort Portal town. You will then proceed with lunch and drive to your preferred accommodation for dinner and retirement. Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest National Park.
Wake up early, have a full breakfast, and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park headquarters for a briefing by a park ranger -guide. You will be allocated a chimpanzee group or family to trek. Once you locate these amazing primates, you will have an hour of observation and interaction with them before heading back to the park headquarters for your graduation ceremony, where you will be awarded your trekking certificates.

Day 7: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Safari on Kazinga Channel.
Wake up in the wee hours of the morning, get a scrumptious breakfast, and then head out for another thrilling game drive. After your drive, head back to the lodge for a filling hot lunch. In the afternoon, go on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you will be able to see the groups of hippos, crocodiles, water birds, and other wildlife that come to drink at the channel, including various marine species. Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Ishasha Sector for Tree Climbing Lions.
At a relatively early time, drive away from breakfast and head southward via Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. An en-route stop is planned for the South sector circuit of Queen Elizabeth NP for sightings of its usual resident’s tree-climbing lions among other species that take priority in nature. The expected arrival will be later evening. Soon after checking-in, get ready for your meal and retreat for an Overnight stay thereafter.

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Cultural Trail.
Start off with an early breakfast in the morning, and then transfer to the headquarters for a briefing. The visitors will be allocated a gorilla group or family that they will trek, after which they head out into the jungles to search out these magnificent Gentle Giants. You have one hour of observing and interacting with them when sighted. From there, head back to the park offices for your graduation, where you will be given a trekking certificate. Get into your vehicle and drive back to your lodge or hotel. Additional activities include a community walk, Batwa experience, and waterfall walk. Later in the evening, you can enjoy dinner and have a peaceful night.

Day 12: Transfer to Kigali for a City Tour – 14 Day Uganda-Rwanda Wildlife & Primates Safari.

After lunch, do a city tour starting with a visit to Gisozi Genocide Memorial and Caplaki craft village.
